Madelyn, our coordinator, executed our wedding day and handled every curveball, big or small, with with a cool, calm, and collected attitude. I know she probably put out a dozen fires (it's inevitable when you're planning a special event!) but nothing, I repeat, NOTHING was my problem, and I was able to fully experience my wedding day. I wasn't sure we needed a coordinator with our 50 person wedding but after the very first time talking to Madelyn I knew we needed her! The 3 planning meetings were great and I felt very prepared going into wedding day. Day of, Madelyn was ESSENTIAL! She set up all of our decor, made sure those that had a role knew what they were doing, and so much more!
