Day of Coordinating
Unlimited consultation via email. Consultations by phone or video pre-scheduled
Three planning sessions (including venue walk through)
Coordinate and manage rehearsal with officiant.
Contract review of booked vendors to better understand what you are getting from them
Creation and execution of custom detailed wedding day timeline
Distributed to you and your vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding day
Review ceremony and reception seating and details
Assist with setup and tear down of venue spaces
Point-of-contact for all vendors, family, and bridal party
Handle any issues that may arise on the day of the wedding and field questions from guests.

The Process
Step 1: Consultation
During a consultation call, we will go over your vision for your big day and what our role would be in helping to bring it to life to make sure we would be a good fit!
If we are what you are looking for, I will provide you with a quote and will send over the contract, you sign the contract & submit your first payment, and just like that we are official!
Step 2: Planning Sessions
During each planning session, we’ll dive into the details of your big day, ensuring everything is organized and ready to go. We’ll create a comprehensive timeline that covers every moment, from the first look to the last dance, and make sure it aligns with your vision. We’ll also review the design elements, such as centerpieces and decor, to ensure they reflect your style and preferences. Additionally, we’ll go over the logistics and flow of the day, coordinating with your vendors and fine-tuning every detail so that everything runs seamlessly.
Step 3: Execution
Your Wedding Day has finally arrived, and all the planning has led to this special moment! Now it’s time for you to relax and enjoy the day while we take care of the details. We’ll coordinate with your vendors, confirm all logistical details, and ensure everything runs smoothly so your wedding day vision becomes a reality. You can simply show up, sparkle that new ring, and enjoy the best day ever, stress-free!
